The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in collaboration with The Public Policy Hub in the School of Global Affairs and Public Policy and the National Council for Childhood and Motherhood (NCCM) are organizing the Spotlight Seminar on "Child Marriage: Key Facts and Way Forward." The Spotlight Seminar will take place on Sunday October 28 from 1:00 to 2:30 pm, at the Conference and Visitor Center, Room P022 (close to Bassily Auditorium), AUC New Cairo. The seminar will discuss the current scenario of child marriage in the country, looking at regional disparities, as well as determinants, the impacts of child marriage, and policies and interventions that could be adopted to address the issue. Your opinions are important to the discussions and are the way forward to start a dialogue between the civil society and the government.
